01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the pppvip website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the pppvip platform, including visitors who browse without registering.

These terms are written in English and the English version is the authoritative version. If there is any conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version takes precedence. pppvip operates under the terms set out on this page, and no verbal or written communication from any pppvip representative can override or modify these terms unless the modification is published on this page.

By using pppvip, you also confirm that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, and that you are doing so entirely at your own risk and on your own initiative.

02 Eligibility

To register and use a pppvip account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a pppvip employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the pppvip platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

pppvip reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be closed immediately, all deposits will be returned, and any winnings will be forfeited. pppvip takes age verification seriously and cooperates fully with any regulatory requirements in this area.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on pppvip. If you already have an account and attempt to register a second one, both accounts may be suspended and any balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery option rather than creating a new account.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. pppvip is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. pppvip will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.

• Notify pppvip support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other websites.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Do not allow others to use your account under any circumstances.

Account verification is required before your first withdrawal. pppvip may request a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. This process is standard practice and is required to protect both the player and the platform from fraud.

04 Deposits and Payments

pppvip accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and other payment methods listed on the deposit page. All deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your pppvip account instantly. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

pppvip does not charge fees for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Check with your payment provider before depositing. All transactions on pppvip are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on pppvip are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players. If your deposit method does not support withdrawals, pppvip support will advise on the available options.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash and Nagad: typically within 1 hour for standard accounts.
• VIP Gold and above: typically within 5 minutes.
• First-time withdrawals may take longer due to identity verification requirements.
• Large withdrawals may be subject to additional review and may take up to 24 hours.

pppvip reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, pppvip will notify the player and may request additional documentation before processing the withdrawal.

Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page. Withdrawals below the minimum amount are not processed. There is no fee charged by pppvip for standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

pppvip offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. Each bonus has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates. These specific terms are displayed at the time the bonus is offered and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

General bonus rules that apply across all pppvip promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• pppvip reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• If a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements are met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

pppvip monitors bonus activity and reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or exploiting technical errors.

07 VIP Program

The pppvip VIP program operates on a five-tier system: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier progression is based on lifetime XP accumulated through wagering activity. XP is never reset, meaning your tier can only go up, never down.

VIP benefits including cashback rates, withdrawal limits, and account manager access are determined by your current tier. pppvip reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefit structures, and cashback rates with reasonable notice to affected players. Changes will be communicated via the VIP page and, where significant, via direct notification to VIP members.

• VIP status is personal and non-transferable.
• pppvip reserves the right to remove VIP status from any account found to be in breach of these terms.
• VIP cashback is calculated on net losses within the calendar week and paid the following Monday.
• Dedicated account managers are available to Gold tier and above.

08 Games and Fairness

All games available on pppvip use certified random number generation (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The RNG systems used by pppvip's game providers are independently tested and certified. pppvip does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel. These percentages represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or player.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including disconnections, server errors, or display errors — pppvip reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pppvip and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes for financial gain.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to launder money or use pppvip for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pppvip staff or other players.
• Accessing pppvip from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

pppvip employs active monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. If your account is flagged, pppvip may freeze your account pending investigation without prior notice. During an investigation, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place bets. pppvip will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

10 Responsible Gaming

pppvip is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or personal harm. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform.
• Reality Checks: Regular pop-up reminders showing your session duration and net result.

11 Privacy and Data

pppvip collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

pppvip uses your personal data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and communicate with you about your account and relevant promotions. pppvip does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers who assist in operating the platform, and only to the extent necessary for that purpose.

12 Limitation of Liability

pppvip provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain high availability and a smooth experience, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pppvip is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings or profits arising from platform downtime or technical errors.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of pppvip.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these terms.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Nothing in these terms limits pppvip's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13 Account Termination

You may close your pppvip account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided your account is in good standing and all verification requirements have been met. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure.

pppvip reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these terms, without prior notice. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, pppvip may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full.

14 Changes to Terms

pppvip may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pppvip will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice.

The date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last updated. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of pppvip after updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of those updated terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should close your account before the change takes effect.
